We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process, subject to the policy below.

🕒 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale, clearance, or intimate items (e.g., swimwear, underwear).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items without original packaging

  • Worn, damaged, or stained items

  • Items returned without contacting us first

🔁 Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us before sending it back. We will confirm stock availability and reserve the new item for you.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

❗Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a brief description. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
